Vineyard

Nestled in the hillsides of Gascony in the South-West of France, our vines thrive in an exceptional terroir of sandy-loamy and clay-limestone soils, nourished by ample sunlight and water. Before harvest, the grapes are carefully inspected and tasted to ensure their quality and to determine the ideal picking time based on their aromatic maturity. The harvest takes place at night, during the coolest hours, to preserve the freshness and integrity of the fruit.

Winemaking

The wine is obtained through gentle pressing, low-temperature fermentation, and aging on fine lees. Tasted at each stage to ensure quality, the wines are then blended according to their aromatic profile to consistently offer the same aromas, freshness, and structure year after year.
